We use two tools to gather statistics and analytics on NLR.gov websites and applications.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used for web statistics. Contact the stats administrator if you have questions about implementing Google Analytics, accessing reports, or interpreting terminology and data.

Heatmaps

We use Crazy Egg and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps to track and visually represent where users scroll and click on a page. Crazy Egg heatmaps are helpful both before and after redesigning a page or site. Clarity is helpful for tracking click-through data. Contact the heat map administrator to request heatmaps for a page or group of pages.
