The Village at Breckenridge, located at the base of Peak 9 ski area, is just a block away from Main Street and the River Walk Center. Explore all Breckenridge has to offer from this unique location, including hiking and biking trails, a variety of local dining options, boutiques, and views of the Tenmile Mountain Range.

Lodging

This year we are offering two distinct lodging options, both steps from the conference center: The Village at Breckenride and Gravity Haus.

Group Room Rates

Gravity Haus has a variety of rooms sizes and configurations, from ADA compliant king rooms to rooms with double queen bunk beds at the same $162.00 group rate, based on availability. Booking a Room

For both lodging venues, you will need to call if you would like to book rooms before or after the workshop dates, as these are not available through the above links.

We can only guarantee rooms will remain available for booking before June 16, 2026. After that date, our room block is released, and your booking will depend on general space availability. If you do not find the room you want online, be sure to call the venues for additional available rooms at our group rate.

The Village at Breckenridge

The Village at Breckenridge offers traditional mountain condos, ranging from studios to multi-bedrooms, in one of five buildings surrounding a central plaza. The Village amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, and fitness center. Parking is $25 per night.

Gravity Haus

If you prefer a modern guest room experience, Gravity Haus is the perfect lodging option. Rated the #4 hotel in Colorado by Conde Nast Traveler, Gravity Haus shares the same central plaza as The Village. Amenities at Gravity Haus include hot tubs, cold plunge, and sauna access, as well as the Unravel Coffee Shop and Cabin Juice Restaurant. Parking is $25 per night.

Transportation

Shuttles From and To Denver International Airport

Discounted ground transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA) to/from The Village at Breckenridge and Gravity Haus is available to reserve through the Epic Mountain Express reservation form or by calling 970-754-7433 using the group code: NLR2026. Reservations should be made at least 72 hours prior to travel date to ensure availability. The group code will need to be referenced when making reservations to secure the discounted rate offered. If using the reservation form for a shuttle from DIA, please select BRECKENRIDGE/KEYSTONE as your travel region:

The Epic Mountain registration site will provide the recommended pick-up time for your shared shuttle based on your flight times. Private/direct shuttles are available through the site for an additional fee. Please allow 4 hours before your flight departure time for travel to the airport and the security process. Travelers are permitted two items of baggage, plus one small personal item. If you would like to bring larger items, such as a bicycle or golf clubs, see the registration site for details.

Shuttle in Breckenridge

The City of Breckenridge offers the Breckenridge Free Ride, a free, year-round shuttle operating 7 days a week from 6:15am – 11:45pm. The shuttle has color-coded routes through the city of Breckenridge.

Location

Breckenridge, Colorado, is located less than 2 hours west of Denver International Airport in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Founded in 1850 when prospectors discovered gold, the historic town of Breckenridge now boasts historical sites as well as shopping, art, hiking trails, and more. .Breckenridge sits at an elevation of 9,600 feet (2,926 meters), with the summit at 13,000 feet (3,962 meters). During late July, daytime temperatures average 68°F (20°C), and night-time lows average 53°F (12°C).
